Terms of Service

1. About the Service

TimeMirror ("the Service") is a time-tracking and statistics app provided by Ggumtle Lab ("we"). These terms set out the basic rules for using the Service.

2. Accounts

• An account is required to use the Service. You can sign up with email, Apple, or Google.
• You are responsible for your account and may not transfer it to others.
• You can delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app.

3. Your Data

• You own the data you record in the Service.
• We process your data only to provide the Service (storage, sync, statistics, friend sharing). See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Fees

The Service is currently free. If paid features or ads are introduced, we will announce this in advance.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using another person's account without permission
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service (attacks, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.)
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes

6. Changes and Discontinuation

We may improve or change the Service, and may discontinue it if unavoidable. If the Service is discontinued, we will give advance notice so you can manage your data.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We strive for reliable operation but are not liable for damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, etc.) or by your own actions. Time records are for reference; please keep separate backups of anything critical.

8. Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, we will post the update on this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
